Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will lead new product feature implementation end-to-end together with our software engineers, product designers, and data scientists. The problems you’ll work on range from bringing our machine-learning algorithms to a production environment to implementing new visualizations for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Scaler's goals and adapts to evolving client and market demands.
Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on features that capitalize on ESG real estate industry trends and customer insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account operations and product teams to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements that drive market leadership and customer satisfaction.
Lead the implementation of new features and visualizations from inception to deployment, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance product value.
Operationalize machine learning algorithms, integrating them into a production environment to enhance product capabilities and competitive advantage.
Continuously monitor product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and drive growth.
Revamp and optimize product processes and documentation, establishing industry best practices to streamline operations and accelerate product development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or otherwise proven experience in product management
Minimum 6 years as a Product Manager in a B2B enterprise SaaS or technology-driven company
Experience with UIs and UX experiments, and in working with designers & data science.
A strong drive to take initiative – you’re enthusiastic about learning quickly and advancing.
Deeply committed to building businesses, not just features. You have entrepreneurial experience in creating and leading businesses, with a focus on taking ownership and optimising key performance metrics.
