Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to unlock growth opportunities and develop mutually beneficial partnerships that will significantly advance Scaler’s regional presence. You will have a deep understanding of our partner ecosystem and landscape, demonstrate strong collaboration skills, and be proactive and responsive when working with all stakeholders. You should also possess strong analytical abilities, be adept at prioritizing multiple demands across a variety of partners, and have an eye for detail. Reliability and trustworthiness are key, as you will work closely with partners to drive profitability and foster business expansion.
Responsibilities
Shape the strategic partnerships strategy in the region, deciding which partnerships the team should prioritize and setting goals to develop those relationships.
Build meaningful relationships with top partners, leading commercial discussions to deliver sustainable, long-term growth.
Interpret, through data analysis, opportunities and threats to the partners’ business and provide recommendations to drive growth within the partnership
Identify opportunities to improve the partners experience and success, working both cross-functionally and building trust across multiple stakeholders
Requirements
Ability to integrate business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted deals.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external organizations.
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, business or economics
Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is a plus.
