Vous êtes Business Manager ou souhaitez le devenir ?

Vous aimez superviser des consultants techniques pour générer de la satisfaction clients ?

Vous vous inscrivez dans une démarche d’amélioration continue ?

Vous avez une expérience significative en développement commercial, idéalement en ESN ?

 

CDI à Montpellier (34) / Télétravail partiel possible.  

Rémunération selon votre expérience et vos compétences.

 

Quel sera votre rôle ?

Nous recrutons au sein de notre pôle IT un.e Business Manager pour participer au développement de notre agence locale.

 

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Acquisition et développement de clients :
    • Prospection commerciale de nouveaux comptes,
    • Présentation de nos offres, qualification des besoins clients,
    • Elaboration des offres, négociation et closing,
    • Suivi de prestations, satisfaction client.

 

  • Développement RH de l’équipe :
    • Sourcing de candidats, avec le soutien de l’équipe recrutement,
    • Sélection des talents en phase avec les besoins opérationnels,
    • Onboarding et rituels de gestion de carrière des consultants.

 

  • Gestion des affaires :
    • Suivi des KPI financiers : revenue, marge, facturation et délais de paiement,
    • Amélioration continue, adaptation de la stratégie au marché,
    • Définition de plans d’actions pour dépasser les objectifs.

    Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

    • De formation Ingénieur.e ou diplômé.e d’une école de commerce (Bac+4 à +5), vous possédez une expérience significative en ESN, notamment dans la conquête de nouveaux territoires et le recrutement de collaborateurs.
    • Une connaissance des métiers du secteur informatique est nécessaire.
    • Doté.e d'un bon relationnel, votre curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies vous permettra d’appréhender nos environnements métier.
    • De caractère dynamique, vous êtes rigoureux.se et avez développé un sens élevé de la relation client et le goût du challenge.
