Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive the Finance function for the US Efficiency Energy business, managing a team of 3 financial analysts.
• Reporting
• Be fully responsible for P&L and Balance Sheet for US Efficiency Business within US3901 legal entity
• Ensure accurate and on time monthly closing & reporting of financial results
• Partner closely with accounting teams
• Business Partnership, Support & Performance
• Support the SVP, sales and operations VPs to ensure the financial management of operations and drive profitable growth
• Develop and drives multiyear performance planning/budgeting - full P&L
• Be part of Management Leadership Team - contribute to strategic priorities and business initiatives.
• Drive project controlling & review process on the financial side, controls margins and level of provisions.
• Prepare QBR presentation
• Be involve in Risk review for all new commercial contracts
• Set/Review policies related to targets and commission structure and approve payouts and provisions.
• Liaise with external auditors for the quarterly audits.
• Process improvement and digitization
• Drive automation in the finance function
• Prepare Titan migration
• Digitization
• Consult on SE financial tools development to transition to a more automated and digital environment to engage with business leaders

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field; or a Engineer or Business School Degree, with a specialization in Finance
• At least 5+ years experience in finance
• Strong experience in controlling
• P&L management
• Understanding of legal and financial impacts around Business Development
• IFRS standards (esp 9, 15 &16)
• Fluency in English
