The Commercial Resource Planner will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and planning resource levels to meet business forecast demands for products, solutions, and services. The primary goal of the commercial resource planner is to ensure that the company has the right resources in place to meet customer needs while minimizing costs and maximizing profitability.What will you do?• Strategic modeling Analysis with Insights: Analyze and identify the current deployment of commercial resources across NAM including the value chain they engage with, the revenues and profitability they deliver, and associated productivity they support. Analyze historical sales data and trends to extract learnings and forecasting recommendations for future demand for products or services.• Strategic Resource Planning: Create resource plans to ensure that the company has the necessary inventory, personnel, and equipment to meet demand. Maintain resource plans leveraging actual performance data, compared to forecasts.• Process Development with Operations Excellence: Define and implement a process for resource evolutions in the US to be used in annual planning cycles, with initial focus on sales resources. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the sales and resource planning processes. Sales and business process knowledge preferred.• Proven track record of building and iterating multivariable analytical models.• Strong analytical, critical thinking and financial modeling skills, including experience with market research and benchmarking.• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.• Ability to travel up to 20%Let us learn about you!
