Mergers & Acquisitions Manager

Responsibilities:• Support the VP of M&A in driving M&A strategy across global PS&S business.• Help identify potential investment fields through thorough research and assessment.• Participate in the comprehensive process of target identification and analysis, assessing financial performance, market positioning, synergies, and potential risks• Contribute to the efficient and effective execution of deals, working closely with various teams within Schneider Electric• Lead and manage select M&A projects with special emphasis on divestitures, post-closing activities and transition management• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution• Contribute to the development of M&A strategies and initiatives• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry landscapes• Help drive continuous improvement in M&A processes and practicesRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred• Proven experience in managing M&A projects on both buy & sell side• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Proficiency in financial analysis and modelingLocation: This position will be based remotely, preferrably in the Eastern Time Zone.Travel: Up to 20%Your involvement in these initiatives will be pivotal in shaping Schneider Electric's M&A strategy and driving the company's growth and success in the market.
