From driving strategic sales initiatives to fostering strong customer relationships within the OEM segment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation and energy management.Key responsibilities and activities:• Exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution, leading the OEM sales team to success.• Lead our dynamic sales teams to drive product specifications and sales, with a specific emphasis on OEM needs and preferences.• Promote cutting-edge Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services to our valued OEM customers, understanding their specific requirements and providing tailored solutions.• Identify and develop new market opportunities within the OEM segment to drive continuous growth and enhance market share, guiding the team in pursuing these opportunities.• Cultivate strong customer and partner relationships within the OEM ecosystem to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives, providing strategic direction and support to the sales team.• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and unparalleled technical support, particularly focusing on the specialized needs of OEM partners.• Utilize and maintain CRM database for customer activities and opportunities, providing leadership in ensuring effective use of CRM within the OEM sales team.This opportunity might be for you if you possess:• Proven success in selling machine control and automation to OEMs, with a track record of leadership in this sector.• The ability to identify decision makers, engage C-level executives within OEM organizations, and address their personal motivations and business objectives, while guiding the team in these efforts.• Exceptional skills in conceptualizing and communicating technical and commercial strategies tailored to the OEM market, providing mentorship and guidance to the sales team in this area.• A working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion control, motor control, general controls, and circuit protection, with an ability to guide the team in leveraging this knowledge effectively.• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a 4-hour radius of your home location, with the ability to coordinate and optimize travel within the sales team.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM, while providing support and guidance in these areas to the sales team.• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, providing a strong technical foundation and serving as a role model for continuous learning and development within the team.At Schneider Electric, we value individuals who prioritize customer needs, embrace innovation, and continuously strive for success.
