Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a talented Human Resources Associate with focus on benefits, compensation, and payroll to support employees globally. Ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to grow within HR.

Skills

HRIS experience (preferably Workday)
Payroll system experience (preferably ADP Workforce Now)
Compensation market data understanding
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Support benefits, compensation, and payroll functions
Contribute to HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Enhance HR policies and practices
Manage benefits onboarding, enrollment, and changes
Ensure accuracy in HRIS for benefit plans
Collaborate with vendors for superior employee experience
Administer year-end compensation process
Provide guidance on compensation decisions

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Benefits

Expected base pay range of $110,000 to $125,000
Performance bonus potential
