(Annualized salary; $40,000)

Position Summary
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay pairs youth with a caring adult mentor to help them reach their full potential. We are seeking dedicated and passionate people to provide support to our matches and community partners as one of our School-to-Work Coordinators.
The school-to-Work program is a 2-year program for high school students where they are matched with a professional mentor and go to the workplace one time a month to meet with their mentor. The school-to-Work Coordinator is responsible for guiding and supporting each match to ensure success. In addition, the coordinator will help identify goals to help each youth successfully transition out of high school.
The coordinator is also responsible for building positive relationships with schools and workplace partners. This position may cover schools/partners in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Polk surrounding counties.
