Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Provide full continuum of generalist duties in human resources including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and performance management
Coordinate new employee orientation and special HR programs
Maintain comprehensive performance evaluation program
Support and assist in employee relations investigations and issues
Provide HR metrics and statistical data reporting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
7-10 years of human resource management experience
SHRM-CP certification (a plus)
