Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Schweiger Dermatology Group is looking for a Senior HRBP to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related issues and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Ops leaders
Drive talent management initiatives
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Facilitate all HR functions for support area(s)
Analyze HR data and trends
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
Act as a liaison between employees and management
Lead HR projects as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
