What we’re looking for…
With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, we seek a talented and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Corporate Brand and Communications, you will have a broad portfolio of SEO, SEM, paid social, and the ScienceLogic corporate website.
You will lead and execute the development, execution, performance measurement, and optimization of a digital marketing strategy to drive online visibility and engagement. You will be accountable for working cross-functionally within the marketing and sales organizations.
What you’ll be doing…
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve business objectives. You will be pivotal in managing the company website, SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns.
Website Management:
- Oversee the company website's development, maintenance, and optimization to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Implement strategies to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
SEO Strategy:
- Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic and achieve business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance SEM strategies.
Paid Social Media:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, X) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting parameters, and optimize ad creatives for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for growth and present findings to the executive team.
Qualities you possess…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 8-12 years of work experience with digital strategy, digital marketing, digital media. Agency experience a plus.
- Lead and manage social and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ad Words, and programmatic advertising from concept to execution.
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Optimize landing pages and ad copy/creative/targeting, including experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of analytic tools and ad serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting.
- Successfully manage budgets and ROI for performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.
- Operates with complete honesty, integrity, and transparency and creates a trusting, collaborative, and ethical work environment.
- Must have experience with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Google Analytics.
