Skills

Account Management experience in iGaming or gambling industry.
Data analysis and decision-making skills.
Experience with CRM and project management tools.
Strong relationship-building capabilities.
Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

Provide timely support to partners and resolve account issues.
Monitor partner activity and suggest personalized solutions.
Identify new business opportunities for existing partners.
Implement promotional campaigns to increase GGR and partner satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams on account management strategies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
