Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Address member inquiries across various contact modes, including both inbound and outbound phone calls.• Scrutinize the retirement requirements, financial standing, and aspirations of account holders to devise tailored retirement income plans.• Suggest financial products and services that are appropriate based on the size of your portfolio, investment goals and risk tolerance, and advise on complementary solutions.• Be mindful of rising healthcare costs and how they can impact your retirement savings.
