The focus for this role is growth of products and services within Global Transaction Banking.Is this role right for you?• Scotiabank is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Product Designer to join our Global cash management team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end experiences that enable our customers to have a smooth digital banking experience, while also keeping their accounts safe from fraud• This ideal candidate will have to be a strong self-starter, and not shy away from breaking down silos to gather info from other teams• You will be open to seek and accept feedback from other team members, as well as capitalize from the strengths of working with service design and user researchDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?• A minimum of 2+ years of experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile applications• Bachelor Degree in Design, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)• Ability to communicate your designs to stakeholders and other designers• Receive feedback with open arms and an open mind• Produce compelling designs to illustrate concepts iteratively through sketches, site maps, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes• Cross-cultural skills and an ability to interact effectively with teams in different geographies• Keen interest in advocating for design as a whole to the rest of the organizationWhat's in it for you?• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Allyship - We strive to create an inclusive culture where every employee is empowered to reach their fullest potential, respected for who they are, and are embraced through bias-free practices and inclusive values across Scotiabank.
