Associate General Counsel, Labor and Employment
Scout Motors is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Labor and Employment to provide key legal advice on various labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate embodies integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude.
Skills
- Minimum 10 years experience in labor and employment law
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Active member in good standing of the Bar
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Advising on labor and employment issues
- Collaborating with People Team on employee relations strategy
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters
- Developing and delivering training programs on labor laws
- Managing outside counsel and legal disputes
Education
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Active member of the Bar
