Responsibilities
Serve as trusted counsel on labor and employment law matters
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters
Develop and deliver training programs on labor and employment laws
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and recommend necessary adjustments
Review and respond to labor and employment related claims
Manage outside counsel, experts, and vendors in legal matters
Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements
Manage and coordinate discovery for employment matters
Work with investigative teams on employment related matters
Education
J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
Active member of the Bar (South Carolina or Michigan preferred)
