Application Development:
Design, develop, and implement web applications, software tools, and integration solutions based on business needs and predefined specifications. You will ensure that all applications and systems meet the functional, performance, and security standards expected by SCP Health.
Backend Integrations:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate applications with various backend services, databases, and third-party systems using APIs, microservices, and other integration technologies. You will ensure seamless data flow and functionality across different platforms.
Database Management:
Build and maintain stored procedures for data integrations and reporting. Work with relational and non-relational databases to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and performance in all applications you develop.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Perform data analysis to understand key business requirements and translate these into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners. Create and optimize reports that help drive business decisions.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all applications, including system architectures, integration workflows, and coding standards. Document changes and updates for future reference and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that all applications and systems align with the organization�s goals, deadlines, and quality standards. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and sprint planning to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Adherence to Standards:
Follow established best practices and coding standards for architecture, design, and implementation. Ensure that all solutions are built with scalability, performance, and security in mind.
SOC2 Compliance:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of SOC2 audit documentation and ensure that all applications and processes align with the necessary compliance standards. Maintain a high level of awareness of security practices and help ensure all software meets or exceeds security and compliance requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Actively participate in unit testing, code reviews, and other quality assurance practices to ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of all developed applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development, testing, and post-launch.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for applications in production, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring that systems continue to meet the needs of the business. Ensure timely updates and patches are applied to maintain the operational efficiency of software systems.
