What you will be doing:

The Clinical Recruiting Specialist is a skilled recruiter able to support their team by performing a variety of recruiting related tasks. Their efforts are organized by the Clinical Recruiting Manager who works closely with the SVP of Staffing Operations and Market Clinical Recruiters in the Group to identify priorities. The Clinical Recruiting Specialist will also work directly with Credentialing, Scheduling, and Clinical Engagement Center Representatives teammates when necessary to get the job at hand done. They are versatile and flexible with day-to-day tasks that could include but are not limited to assisting with a startup, sourcing for hot spot facilities, assisting with a destabilizing practice, doing market research for a unique or challenging recruit, or filling in for Market Clinical Recruiters as needed. By not being dedicated to a particular site or region, their efforts can be utilized in high priority areas with him impact focus.

  • Display urgency in providing help to all team members.
  • Provide creative solutions to difficult recruiting challenges on behalf of your team.
  • Show consistent and reliable results by maintain a high level of self-motivation and drive to solve the issues at hand.
  • Expeditiously research, source and recruit qualified clinicians based on the priority needs of group, identified by the Clinical Recruiting Manager.
  • Employ all accessible methods and systems to locate and present stabilizing candidates such as cold calling, mass email and texting, referral trails, residency programs.
  • Work in conjunction with the Clinical Engagement Center Team to build a collective pipeline primed to feed into the target Markets.
  • Create excellent documentation to build a powerful database that the entire recruiting team can benefit from.
  • Adopt standardized practices to facilitate the efficient flow of information.
  • Properly utilize the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Finding best fit for clinicians by matching candidates skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications, and designations as applicable per state and federal regulations.
  • Help build and manage the Lobby (Candidate staging area).
  • Float as needed based on hot spot openings.
  • Partner with the Residency Resource Team to help recruit residents.
  • Train in all aspects of recruiting.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years as a healthcare sourcing recruiter or strong sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Skilled at cultivating a pipeline
  • Proficient at presenting viable candidates for hire Energetic and Self Motivated
  • Reliable and consistent with producing resources/prospects
  • Team Oriented
  • Knowledge and/or experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proactive and Intuitive
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
