What you’ll be doing:

Assist in performing functions within the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries and schedules
Assist in preparing account reconciliations
Assist with data entry and coding
Assist with bank reconciliations
Demonstrates continuous effort to increase business acumen by proactively learning full business process of assigned areas
Ensure all policy and procedure guidelines are maintained
Actively participates in department and cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities

Who/What we are looking for:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Accounting/Finance/Business
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Excel and strong typing skills
