Working on the Engineering Team

You will collaborate with engineers, leadership, product, design, and customers to drive quality and innovation. About You 🎉

• User-Focused. You put the user first with a keen sense of how your code will impact the user's experience in terms of performance, security and usability

• Language Agnostic. We use a lightweight tech stack of Postgres, Go and Vue

• Team Player. You're proactive; you can jump in and help clarify specs, work with users to understand bugs, etc.

• Experienced. 6+ years as a backend engineer. You possess strong coding and technical written/verbal communication skills. You have experience designing and implementing distributed systems and a strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms

• Goal Oriented. Problem-solver mindset who's biased towards action and getting stuff done

• Experimental. You’re staying up to date on developments in AI and interested in testing out how it can impact users

• Self Aware. You don’t shy away from asking for help and are unafraid to say, “I don’t know”

Compensation 💼

The estimated base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $205,000. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
