We're looking for a curious, logical and driven Scrum Master who has a passion for building great tech products. If you're have agile superpowers, incredible people skills and love solving complex problems, then this job is for you.

Here’s the mission, if you choose to accept it:

• Lead the team in best practices and ceremonies, and coach the teams on how to work within the Agile framework
• Manage project effort, and track timings, resources, and individual workloads
• Work together in close collaboration with the product owners and business analysts in order to understand their requirements and translate them into working deliverables
• Help the team to continuously improve their processes and productivity
• Works with external teams to track and manage project dependencies
• Ticket management, backlog grooming, managing standups and release train coordination.
• Ensure that all team events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Build good relationships between different roles and departments in the organisation to deliver business initiatives together
• Increasing transparency of teams work and sharing team successes, risks, issues

Requirements

Typically we find someone with the following will be a great fit:

• 3-4 years of professional/applied experience as a Scrum Master
• You have a technical background (Dev, QA, BA in the past)
• You have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• You're able to plan for multiple features, across multiple components, with multiple skill sets as well as being able to plan for increases or decreases in team capacity.
• You have demonstrable experience coaching teams and improving the way they work, implementing best practices and improvements by retrospection
• You have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple EPICs’ simultaneously
• You have practical experience of working with multiple agile teams including Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills – excellent English language skills at a fluent level.
