Qualifications
Tasks
Work continuously with teams to streamline the communication and make positive relationships build on cooperation
Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement
Extend knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, workshops, education)
Methodological support (Agile methods)
Provide objective feedback
Identify and eliminate impediments that prevent teams from development
Provide support in work synchronization between particular units within organization
Competencies
More than 4+ years of experience in working as scrum master
Knowledge on agile metrics and measurement across squads
Experience in working with Agile methodology
The ability to build strong relationships
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions
Knowledge about Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster is a bonus)
