Scrum Master Advisor- eviCore - Remote

Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.

eviCore healthcare is seeking a servant leader, who can successfully partner with our business operations, growth, and analytics teams to empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality data management work.
The ideal candidate will have proven organization skills as an agile scrum master while also understanding project management, at times responsible for project planning and execution, change management, and implementation. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving capabilities, communication, flexibility, and will be solution-oriented.

Responsibilities:
Accountable to the Sr. Manager UMDSS for organizing and monitoring the day-to-day progress of scrum team(s) and resolution of obstacles in order to ensure on-time delivery
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts in negotiating priorities and solutions and managing the backlog
Assist with prioritization and decision making by facilitating high-level estimation on work assigned to the team
Manage and optimize workflow based on business prioritization and available capacity
Facilitate daily meetings with engineering and product teams
Assist the teams to deliver project/program objectives on-time, with quality
Help manage risks and dependencies
Work with Product Owner(s) to focus on the overall product vision and roadmap and facilitate prioritizing competing responsibilities
Encourage collaboration between teams and other IT and non-IT partners
Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to eviCore delivery methodologies, standards and tools
Provide solutions and continuous improvement feedback to the teams to efficiently solve problems and encourage critical thinking skills
Remove barriers to enable project team to complete objectives no matter how difficult; drive and influence decisions
Mentor and assist team members as necessary to ensure successful management of company initiatives regardless of direct organizational reporting lines.
Report individual gaps in skill, knowledge, and/or abilities to the appropriate resource manager for further coaching.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. Master’s degree a plus.
3+ years of Agile project delivery experience or project management experience
Demonstrated expertise in planning and facilitating project proposals across departments
Solid background in assessing quality and completeness of business and functional requirements • Working knowledge of a variety of technologies and platforms, including data analytics and data exchange platforms
Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and Jira Align Skills:
Capability to be disciplined and flexible at the same time
Recognition as a trusted advisor with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Listen and effectively communicate with clarity, precision, and transparency
Ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with a company.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.
Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
Ability to develop relevant metrics for project delivery and use metrics as basis for communication and continuous improvement.
Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,300 - 172,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
