The Job

We are looking for Project Manager / Scrum master with at least 5 years of experience with hybrid Cloud solutions, to join a growing engineering organization. The ideal person must have worked in a fast-paced team environment responsible for frequent product releases, project management.

Location: Mountain View, CA.

What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities):
Lead the multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to drive value with each sprint
Remove any impediments and coach and collaborate with across team on removing those obstructions
Help the scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Support the product owners, scrum teams and provide guidance, where needed
Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards at the end of each sprint
Coordinate project activities for production operations team and ensure goals of projects are met
Communicate across multiple stakeholders and provide timely updates on the projects
Requirements

What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications)

Prior experience in leading multiple small scrum teams
Good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as DoR, DoD, user stories, story points, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc)
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt and change in fast paced environment
Self-driven, motivated and ability to stay focus in high pace environment
Servant leadership mindset & approach
Degree in computer sciences or similar field

Can coordinate multiple projects at the same time

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

Scrum master certification is required (SAFe or similar)
Experience with working companies developing modern SaaS / Cloud / Microservices based products
