We are looking for a Product owner (Marketing tools) for the Sweed product startup, remote.

What professional skills are important for us?
● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on marketing or marketing products, or you have a solid understanding of how marketing works.
● Technical understanding of the product and the ability to communicate effectively with the development team.
● Proven experience in a dynamically evolving product with constantly shifting priorities.
● Familiarity with Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Ability to perform business analysis.
● Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English. You will need to communicate with the English-speaking part of the team, clients and write and read the documentation in English.
● Additionally, you excel in creating exceptional products and driving metrics growth.
What to do in the project?
● The main challenge in this role is to monetize our marketing platform and truly make it an outstanding and user-friendly tool to successfully sell this tool to our clients and increase their sales.
● As a Product Owner, you will start with understanding the business goals and metric setup, explore competitors, and formulate and implement hypotheses to increase sales of this feature. You'll also closely collaborate with the data team and create data-driven tools.
● Marketing Feature Development: Propose and develop advanced marketing features, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to enhance our existing marketing flow.
● Team Building & Leadership: Hire, assemble, and guide a cross-functional team Collaborate with the team lead to ensure synergy and productivity within the team.
● Product Strategy & Execution: Define the roadmap for marketing functionality, align it with business goals, and ensure timely delivery of new features.
● Revenue Generation: Drive additional revenue by selling new marketing features to clients.
● Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
● Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including requesting additional budget and purchasing necessary licenses, to ensure the success of the product
