We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities for our company. You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days in Lehi, UT office
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential sales leads
Contact and qualify leads through outbound calls, email, and social media
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
Knowledge of Eltropy’s Digital Conversations Platform to properly explain product features and benefits
Understanding prospect needs
Maintaining prospect database in SFDC
Track and report on activities and results
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a sales development or inside sales role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools
