As a Consultant Clinical Pathologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be essential in diagnosing medical conditions by analyzing laboratory tests and specimens. Your expertise will significantly enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and interpretation of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbial cultures, clinical chemistry, and immunology
• Provide accurate diagnoses based on laboratory findings and thorough patient histories
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and physicians to offer expert clinical guidance and recommendations
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of test results
• Stay informed about advances in clinical pathology practices and integrate them into the diagnostic process
• Contribute to ongoing research and development initiatives within the field of pathology

Requirements:

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Consultant Clinical Pathologist
• Completion of a residency program in Pathology, with a specialization in Clinical Pathology
• Board certification in Clinical Pathology
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting laboratory tests in a clinical environment
• Deep understanding of clinical pathology principles, practices, and diagnostic techniques
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in clinical assessments
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
