Sports Medicine Specialist/ Consultant

SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Sports Medicine Specialist/Consultant. We are looking for an experienced professional who is committed to providing top-tier care to athletes and active individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries, developing effective rehabilitation plans, and educating patients on injury prevention and performance enhancement. You'll work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and diagnoses of sports injuries, including acute and chronic conditions.
Create tailored treatment plans aimed at optimizing recovery and improving athletic performance.
Oversee and implement rehabilitation programs to facilitate recovery.
Offer expert advice on injury prevention, conditioning, and nutrition.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and trainers.
Educate athletes and patients about treatment options, recovery paths, and preventive measures.
Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in sports medicine.

Qualifications:

Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Sports Medicine Specialist/Consultant.
Completion of residency training in Sports Medicine or a related field.
Board certification or eligibility in Sports Medicine.
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries.
In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
