Are you ready to take the lead in organizing events, maximizing SearchStax's exposure, and creating memorable experiences for our audience? We're looking for a dedicated Events and Programs Manager to join the SearchStax team.
The Events and Programs Manager will be responsible for the execution of both live and virtual events, conferences, and related marketing activities. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Community, Sales, and Account Management to deliver memorable customer, partner and prospect experiences.
The ideal candidate will be strong on executing and managing the many moving parts for both virtual and live events with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Oversight for the strategy, planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, owned events, programs and meetings.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align event strategy with broader marketing, partnership and account management team goals.
Negotiate, analyze and compare written quotes from vendors, booth providers (audio.visual, hardware) within budget. Manage the transportation, delivery and installation of required assets for the live events. Manage POs and track receipts for tracking.
Ensure proper reporting for trade show costs, conduct analysis, and determine the overall performance of each event.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure the acquisition and tracking of leads during events.
Manage, measure and report on effectiveness of events and other activation tactics, including key metrics, KPIs and benchmarks.
Work with speakers to ensure timely submission of materials and set up for presentations.
Ensure SearchStax takes advantage of all opportunities associated with events, including social media promotions, listings and backlinks on event websites, etc.
Manage virtual events and webinars in-house and with 3rd parties pre, during and post events with multi channel marketing campaigns as it relates to events and conferences.
Support channel partner live or virtual events.
At least 3 yrs experience in B2B events strategy, marketing, logistics and coordination.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as a representative of SearchStax at events.
Experienced in all aspects of meeting logistics planning, contracting, venue / logistics management, transportation, A/V, materials, shipping and on-site execution management.
Experience focusing on attendees, viewers and users to provdie optimal customer experiences and timely reporting and retrospectives.
Experience running Zoom Virtual Webinars, GoTo Webinar, Streamyard or other virtual events platforms.
Experience managing a budget and experience using expense software.
Be highly responsive and agile to adapt to changes.
Post plan rigor on reporting and followup of interest.
Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) or Search tools category is a plus.

Base Salary: The initial base salary for this role is estimated to range from $105,000 to $120,000
Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.
