Are you an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster looking for a seasonal opportunity that does not require inspecting vehicles? If so, we may have just the job for you! We are seeking a Seasonal Auto Storm Claims Examiner to assist us with storm claims. The hours may vary, dependent upon the storm season and your availability.

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will be responsible for: completing desk reviews of initial adjuster estimates; responding to incoming calls, emails, faxes, or mail relating to storm claims; reviewing estimate differences and effectively negotiating with client/members or body shops in a professional manner to attain a fair settlement; addressing supplemental; and maintaining an inventory of open storm claims. Auto Claims Examiners will utilize CCC One.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• Experience with auto estimating.
• Proficiency with CCC One or similar estimating system is ideal for Auto Claims Examiners.
• Experience handling auto claims is preferred.
• College degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills and analytical ability.
• Demonstrates basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in one of our offices located in West Des Moines, Iowa, Manhattan, Kansas, & Lincoln, Nebraska.
