Minted is looking to hire a contract, Seasonal Helpdesk Support to support our high volume season. This is a full-time temporary Hybrid position from mid-late November to mid-late January 2023.
As the Seasonal Help Desk Support, you will serve as a support expert for Design Ops and Customer Service departments, working toward our goal of providing a world-class customer experience. You will be preparing a high-volume of macOS machines, and deploying to seasonal hires. In addition to the day-to-day help desk support, you will help customers triage and troubleshoot technical problems, and serve as the key conduit of information to the IT team to fix and resolve issues.

- Serve as support expert for Design and Customer Service departments, updating colleagues on technical issues, diagnosing, and resolving issues.

Collect, analyze, and report on customer issues and feedback.

Prepare macOS devices to be shipped to various remote employees since the offices are closed due to COVID-19.
- 1-2 years of Level 1 Technical Support experience required - we are an 30% PC and 70% Mac environment

Strong knowledge of web concepts (i.e. How to clear cache, inspect element, find issues in console, change browser settings, etc.) with all browsers

Knowledge of various browsers including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome; Windows and Macintosh

Process-oriented and experience using a ticketing system, atSpoke a plus

Experience with Google Suite and Active Directory administration
