Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll help lead our budget & forecast variance reporting. You’ll make reports easy to understand for our business stakeholders and build automation into our processes. This role reports to our Director of Corporate Finance and will partner with both the broader Finance team and the rest of SeatGeek to improve financial data quality, reporting, and the broader financial modeling infrastructure.• Review monthly financial results and performance variance analysis against our budget and forecast• Build reports, decks, and dashboards to support internal financial reporting and processes across the company• Relentlessly pursue a deeper understanding of our business drivers and digging deep into the whys and implications on the future• Improve operational processes and reporting using systems and automation• Partner with our Accounting, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, and Business Systems teams on ad hoc projects to improve financial reporting and data• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of Corporate FP&A or Investment Banking or Accounting experience preferred• Mastery of financial modeling (3-statement, NPV, DCF) and spreadsheet functionality• Working knowledge of GAAP• Ability to establish productive relationships with senior leaders within the company including department heads, Managing Directors, and other executives• Ability to pull insights out of large data sets, preferably using tools/skills like SQL, Looker, Tableau, etc.• Prior use of enterprise software similar to NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), or Adaptive Insights (CPM) is a plus• Equity stake• Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely• A WFH stipend to support your home office setup• Unlimited PTO• Up to 16 weeks of paid family leave• 401(k) matching program• Health, vision, dental, and life insurance• Up to $25k towards family building services• $500 per year for wellness expenses• Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical• $120 per month to spend on tickets to live events• Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon musicTo review our candidate privacy notice, click here.
