Revenue Operations Lead


Secure Code Warrior seeks a Revenue Operations Lead whose mission is to support the revenue operations team by driving process improvements, managing sales systems, and providing actionable insights. This role will be pivotal in streamlining sales processes, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and aligning sales and marketing efforts.

What You Will Do:

Project Management: Manage core revenue operations initiatives

Data Insights: Provide actionable data insights and sales performance reporting to leadership

Training and Support: Offer continuous training alongside Sales Enablement and tier 1 support for sales tools and processes

Sales System Management: Oversee and maintain Salesforce and other sales systems

Process Improvements: Identify and implement process enhancements for sales efficiency

Sales Forecasting: Support sales forecasting and planning efforts

Lead Coordination: Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and follow-up

What You Will Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in revenue operations, sales support, or a related field

Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, outbound tools (i.e., Outreach, Clari, etc.),  advanced GSuite skills, BI tools (i.e., Tableau, Domo, etc.)

Attributes: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills

Essential Duties:

Manage RevOps projects start to finish including status updates, documentation, planning, etc.

Analytics and Reporting: Drive analytics for sales performance and process improvements

System Management: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in Salesforce management

Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams

Support Sales team with Deal Hub quote creation and accuracy in compliance with SCW policies and procedures
