Position Summary...

In this role, you'll craft and steer policies, standards, and procedures for the procure-to-pay process, ensuring alignment with our organization's vision. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
• Support the implementation of strategy through spend analytics, market intelligence, and continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
• Manage tactical vendor relationships and oversee the testing, validation, and optimization of procurement systems to meet business needs and strategic objectives.
• Support procurement projects by addressing policies, procedures, and process improvements, while effectively communicating valuation and compliance outcomes to stakeholders.
• Lead the supplier enablement process, serving as the primary contact for suppliers, SAP Ariba support, and internal stakeholders to drive the onboarding process, define the adoption strategy, and maintain the Supplier Communications Strategy and Plan.
• Collaborate with category managers to identify savings opportunities, leveraging tools like Suplari, spend reporting and SAP Ariba trends, and provide actionable recommendations for savings and consolidation to support EP and Enterprise financial goals.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to manage and streamline procurement processes using Ariba's buying and invoicing modules.
• Skilled in utilizing the Ariba Network for efficient buyer-supplier collaboration and transaction management.
• Knowledgeable in assessing supplier performance and risk using Ariba's lifecycle management tools.
• Strong background in generating insightful reports and analytics using SAP S4Hana and Master Data Governance (MDG) tools.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data with Excel, including the use of Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's IT service management capabilities to enhance procurement operations and vendor management.
• *This position will be in a hybrid working arrangement.**

If you’re in a commutable distance (90 minutes) you’ll join us 2-3 days each week in our offices to collaborate and build relationships. Our policy allows flexibility for the reality of business and personal schedules. When working in our offices at least two days per week isn’t feasible (vacations, illness, travel, etc.), an eight day per month standard is an option.
Physical Job Requirements
• Ability to utilize the keyboard, computer and/or mouse for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Ability to utilize the phone and/or virtual meeting platform for 1-4 hours per day.

The Estimated Base Pay Range For This Job Is
$45,500.00 - $84,500.00
Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
