SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is looking for our client´s next  Aircraft Quality Researcher to join their growing team in :

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Quality Inspector to join our client´s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all maintenance program requirements, conducting aircraft inspections, and supporting quality leadership in maintaining airworthiness. 

  • Research and capture all maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Programs, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and analyze maintenance documentation to determine the exact configuration of specific aircraft.
  • Organize and deliver detailed maintenance reports to customers.
  • Support Quality Inspectors by performing inspection duties and returning aircraft to service as required.
  • Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and regulatory documentation (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) are accurately completed and approved.
  • Perform walk-around inspections for aircraft release and verify all airworthiness requirements before return to service.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License (required).
  • 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
  • 1+ year of experience on Bombardier aircraft (preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience as an Aircraft Quality Inspector (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting high-quality standards.
  • Experience using measurement tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting regulatory documents such as FAR, CAA, FAA AD, SB, CFR, and TCDS.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and maintenance tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
