Learn more about DEI at Seismic here. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email nurture campaigns aimed at engaging both prospects and existing customers throughout their buyer's journey. Your goal will be to optimize customer engagement, retention, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Execute Global Email Nurture Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage email nurture campaigns tailored to different segments of prospects and customers, ensuring relevant and personalized content delivery throughout the buyer’s journey. • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, and performance metrics. Develop a robust strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals. • Content Creation and Management: Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling email content that resonates with the target audience. Ensure all content is on-brand and aligns with campaign goals. • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM data to segment audiences effectively and deliver personalized email communications. Continuously refine segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance. • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders and recommend optimization strategies. • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate different email elements, including subject lines, content, design, and send times. Implement learnings to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement across the buyer’s journey. • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant data protection laws. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven experience in designing and executing successful email nurture campaigns. • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. • Knowledge of best practices in email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
