Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations management, or related field
2+ years of issue and problem management experience
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Support existing and new business domains, workstreams, and projects
Engage in business domain and product issue triage, impact analysis, and assessment
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop issue resolution scope and action plan
Identify impacts on operational processes through data analysis and metric evaluation
Provide data-driven improvement ideation for customer operations
Perform thorough quality assurance at every stage of issue resolution and systems development
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations management, information technology, or similar field
