Database Developer/IT Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Developer and Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. • Design new and modify existing Access databases using VBA
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers, databases, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, including backups, security measures, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and manuals for IT systems and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methods to improve IT operations.

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with network administration, system installation, and configuration.
• Proficient in Visual Basic, MS PowerShell, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Exchange and Adobe Acrobat. HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
