We are looking for a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Alliance Director to join our team.
What you will be doing:
As a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Alliance Director at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team.
The Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Alliance Director role is focused on developing a trusted advisor relationship with alliance partners at the global scale. This requires both strategic and tactical skills to grow and foster these partnerships. You will expand the current GSI relationships and create your own plans to develop, enable, and align these partnerships. The GSI Director will be accountable for growing a pipeline of sourced opportunity with strategic Global SI’s.
This role will be reporting to the VP of Global Channels & Alliances.
Develop and own the business relationship with designated strategic GSI partner(s) and develop a joint strategy that has a long-term focus.
Develop a mutual partner business plan and success metrics that are aligned to Semperis and the partner’s business.
Achieve partnership goals including sales quote and marketing activities; this is a quota carrying position.
Track/Measure partnership KPIs and measure the ROI of program execution.
Own business development efforts and activities to drive and grow partner sourced revenue
Manage pipeline development and deals from origination to close
Develop partner plays in the region, collaborating with Semperis and partner’s marketing teams
Be the subject matter expert on solutions delivered through the partnership
Foster relationships with key sales stakeholders and executives at partner organizations
Ensure partners are trained and certified on Semperis solutions
Evangelize the GSI partnerships internally, including joint value proposition selling, amongst the global sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration.
Be able to work cross functionally with Executive Leadership, Sales, Support, Services, and Product teams.
What you will bring to the table:
10+ year of experience in Business Development driving Go-to-Market relationships with the major GSI’s (EY, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, etc.)
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent education is required, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Possess requisite technical and business acumen with broad industry knowledge of cybersecurity
Demonstrated success in leading global cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated strength in public speaking
Highly skilled at developing executive-level relationships.
Travel required: Estimated at 25% - 50% (variable)
