The ideal candidate will ensure organizational compliance, manage payroll operations, support People Business Partnering initiatives, and enhance Employee Relations and Employee Experience efforts.

Skills
Strong background in HR compliance regulations and global payroll management
Communication of compliance policies and payroll procedures effectively
Focus on accuracy in payroll processing and compliance documentation
Identification and correction of compliance issues
Organizational skills and meeting compliance deadlines independently
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Mitigate legal risks by staying updated on compliance standards
Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to managers on People and compliance-related inquiries
Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
Contribute to talent management initiatives
Maintain accurate payroll and compliance with legal requirements
Address payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Education
10 years of progressive experience in HR/People & Culture teams
