We’re looking for a motivated and performance driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. As a member of Business Development & Sales, you will expand Veev’s presence geographically. Reporting to Veev's VP of Business Development, plays a key role in delivering revenue for our product – the home.
Veev is a building technology company that has a unique and singular view that the place we spend the most time and the most money should be treated like a product – one designed, built and experienced from the user’s perspective. Using a panelized approach, we build more sustainable homes for developers at a lower cost, faster and at a significantly higher quality than traditional construction.

What you’ll do:
Develop & execute a regional sales strategy & plan in that alignment with the Company’s goals
Meet or exceed revenue targets
Leverage your developer / builder networks and develop a pipeline of new relationships
Develop & nurture relationships to maximize long-term value
Build a pipeline of business to achieve sales objectives
Develop an understanding of customer fit with ideal target for Veev
Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM with key activities and learnings about customers
Share key insights from the field and the market cross functionally and with leadership
Work closely with the real estate and the legal departments on preparation and execution of contracts and supporting documents
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote Veev
Prepare weekly & monthly sales updates for management
Travel as needed up to 25% of the time
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management or other related field.
Industry experience:
5-10+ years of sales experience in development / construction management field (modular construction is a plus), and/or
5-10+ years of selling construction services (modular construction is a plus), land or building products with a proven record of achieving goals and/or quotas
Previous experience working with or for developers, general contractors, or building material manufacturers
Previous experience successfully signing million dollar deals
Demonstrated excellence across the following areas
Sales, prospecting & networking
Verbal & written communication
Attention to detail and Organization
Account management
Negotiating
Ability to excel working both independently & collaboratively
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) cloud base CRM and/or project management tools such as HubSpot, Monday, PropertyBase, MS Project.

Compensation:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the final offer amount is dependent on skills, education, experience, and location. The Bay Area and California annual base pay range is between $149,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for significant performance based commissions contingent upon revenue generated from signed agreements. In addition, this role is eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
