Payroll processing and payroll accounting - Compilation of payroll data and processing of monthly payroll and accounting the compensation & benefits in SAP.

Processing of all the employee reimbursements and payables which includes employee loans and advance and accounting the same in SAP.

Preparation and processing of employees Gratuity, Superannuation & NPS payments.

Preparation and filing of various statutory returns like E-TDS, PF, PT and Labour returns.

Managing employees' queries with respect to payroll, Income Tax, Reimbursements and PF.

Providing the MIS with respect to Compensation and Benefits.

Handing payroll and other statutory compliance audits.
