Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis in Cambridge, MA. The Senior AP Specialist will be working with a small dynamic Accounting team to process full cycle Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities:

• Senior AP Specialist will be manually entering invoice data into the AP system
• Monitor AP mailbox for vendor correspondence
• Assisting vendors with invoice and payment discrepancy
• As a Senior AP Specialist, you will be working with leadership to update PO process
• 2/3 way matching
• Using the ERP system to process payments from vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prendio
• NetSuite
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
