Senior Administrative Assistant

Our client, a Biopharmaceutical company in Boston looking for a professional and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$33 – $38/hr

Position Overview:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will offer office support to executive level personnel. The Senior Administrative Assistant assists in the prep of meeting materials including meeting agendas, distribution, printing meeting pre-reads, note taking, editing PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • Managing calendars, providing logistical and administrative support
  • Making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and arranging team lunch/dinners
  • Prioritizing appointments based on departmental procedures
  • Serving as a department resource for internal technologies
  • Creating departmental reports based on information from stakeholders
  • Processing group purchase orders
  • Assisting with onboarding of new personnel

Qualifications for the Senior Administrative Assistant:

  • 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent educational experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management skills, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive correspondence

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
