Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating meetings.
- Ordering supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating other assistants and clerical staff.
While this position coordinates and executes administrative tasks, substantial time is spent performing secretarial duties.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
DESIRED:
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with high profile clients.
