Team Overview

The Data Activation practice supports our Audience Activation product and provides the unique advantage of visibility across Omnicom Media Group agency teams and cross-functional domain groups. This is a team of individuals who pride themselves on a spirit of collaboration, problem solving, and learning in a data-driven environment that is rapidly evolving.


Qualifications


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience related to Programmatic and/or Social activation is preferred
  • Affinity toward creating process to clarify and improve workflow
  • Ability to work in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirements environment
  • An understanding of some of the following: digital activation, marketing technology, behavioral data, audience targeting, identity, media strategy, digital investment, clean rooms, 1st Party data, Advanced TV – all things connected to using data and technology to create better marketing outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker who is willing to take risks and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent decision making
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise

Responsibilities


Position Overview:

Annalect is looking for a Senior Analyst, Activation to play a critical role in scaling capabilities that bring deliver better precision and performance through enhanced audience targeting. This position leads day-to-day operations in support of our audience activation product, partnering closely with internal departments, agency team members, and strategic vendors. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about a key aspect of data-driven marketing from within a leader in the space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations supporting audience activation, including overseeing audience distributions and troubleshooting with agency teams and vendors.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with agency teams.
  • Partner with agency teams on their audience activation approaches; transform objectives (KPI’s, KBA’s) into data activation plans, leveraging Omni data and capabilities to inform strategies
  • Identify new opportunities through analyzing utilization data
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot with partners, including compilation of operational reports and query outputs

Compensation Range: $63,000 to $90,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependence Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
