What you will do:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a small portfolio of multiple clients.
- Team Management: Coach and manage at least 3 to 5 team
members.
- Track and deliver multiple projects at a time. Identify scope creeps
and evaluate change requests.
- Guide team on deliverables to customers. Have formal weekly project
status review meetings with team and customer.
- Follow laid down processes, update weekly status and have 1-1 with
team and PM / Sr. Manager.
- Learn project management to deliver projects successfully.
- Understand and resolve issues with projects effectively and efficiently.
- Brainstorming sessions with team to identify innovative approaches /
solutions.
- Travel to customer locations for requirements gathering, perception
alignment and training the customer on E-Spend tool.
