Senior Analyst, Partner Operations (Remote, USA)

United States (Remote)


We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Partner Operations to play a pivotal role in Grafana’s Partner Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Grafana Partner team to optimize their operations, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights to drive growth and success. This role will require a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and an understanding of partner systems and data.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage partner onboarding including partner applications, agreement, execution, support, and compliance
  • Maintain partner communication by updating the Partner Portal with relevant updates and company news
  • Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track partner performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner systems integration and data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our systems and tools.
  • Monitor partner compliance and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve partner operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner operations and analytics.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in partner operations, data analysis, or a similar role within a software company.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker etc.).
  • Strong understanding of partner systems and integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with partners and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing is a plus.

In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $127,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.
