Senior Analyst, Program Design

Overview:

SageSure, the insurance first, tech-forward, capital-lite managing general underwriter that focuses on the underserved, preferred homeowners middle-market, is seeking a talented Senior Analyst, Program Design to support the growth of our service and retention functions. SageSure is growing rapidly, and this role will play a critical role in outlining our sales, service, and retention processes. You will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining current state process documentation as well as supporting the design and implementation of changes to those processes. If you're an analytically thinking, self-starter who enjoys a challenge and has a positive can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Documenting and maintaining our current state processes and supporting materials.
  • Assisting with ensuring changes are properly installed in the organization through change management and helping to establish proper controls.
  • Independently collaborating with other departments to understand and document business requirements.
  • Supporting the organization by acting as a subject matter expert for various aspects of our sales, service, and retention processes.
  • Supporting issue identification and remediation for our processes.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects related to program design.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn and effectively convey medium complexity topics to leaders, business partners or clients.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing management and control reporting.
  • Critical thinking skills specifically the ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • The ability to identify potential process improvements & support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Solid planning, leadership, and administration skills.
  • Experience with P&C insurance especially in a customer facing role.
  • Has previous experience collaborating with and providing direction to technical functions in an organization.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Independent agency experience
